Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. About YPLAY
This Privacy Policy describes how YPLAY operates its digital workflow and email automation services. YPLAY operates the website at https://www.yplaydigital.com.
2. Google user data we access
YPLAY accesses Google user data only after an authorized user explicitly grants permission through Google OAuth. Subject to the permissions granted, the application may access Gmail data needed to process authorized email messages, including message content, message headers and metadata, labels or message state, and other relevant email information required for the requested automation service.
3. How Google user data is used
Gmail data is used only to provide the email automation and processing functionality requested by the authorized user. It is not used for unrelated purposes, user profiling, or advertising.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
YPLAY's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data sharing
YPLAY does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising. Data is not shared with third parties except with infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the service, when required to comply with applicable legal obligations, or when the user has given explicit authorization. Service providers may process data only as needed to perform services for YPLAY and are expected to protect it.
6. Data storage and security
OAuth credentials and tokens are handled on the server side. YPLAY uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect Google user data and service information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Data retention
Google user data and related service records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and satisfy legitimate operational, security, or legal requirements. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.
8. User control and revocation
Users can review or revoke YPLAY's access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account permissions or security settings. Revoking access may stop Gmail-dependent automation features from working.
9. Data deletion requests
Users may request deletion of data stored by YPLAY by contacting YPLAY through the support contact below. YPLAY may need to verify the request before completing it and may retain limited information when required by law or for legitimate security and operational purposes.

Where required, users will be notified and asked to consent before Google user data is used for a materially different purpose.
