By accessing or using YPLAY, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

YPLAY provides internal digital workflow and email automation tools for authorized users. Features may include processing authorized email information to complete user-requested workflows.

You may use YPLAY only if you are authorized to access the service and any account or data you connect. You must follow all applicable laws, platform rules, and instructions provided by YPLAY.

You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the accuracy of information you provide, maintaining appropriate account security, and promptly revoking access when it is no longer needed. You must not connect an account that you do not own or have permission to use.

You must not misuse YPLAY, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, use the service for unlawful activity, or process data without the required permission.

YPLAY may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party services, and events outside YPLAY's reasonable control may affect operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YPLAY is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. YPLAY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

YPLAY may suspend or terminate access when use is unauthorized, violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, or when necessary to protect the service. Users may stop using the service and revoke connected Google Account access at any time.
